Prices are valid for the day of the rental apartments in Euros and include VAT.
The price includes
- The use of bed linen and towels
- Free WiFi internet
- Room for a storage of sports equipment
- Parking in front of the house
Prices do not include
- Tourist tax
- Final cleaning: 30 € / apartment
General terms and conditions
Reservations:
Advance payment upon reservation: 30% of the total value of the lease. Your reservation will be confirmed after receipt of payment.
Arrivals and departures:
- Arrival from 15:00 onwards
- Departure to 10:00
Cancellation:
If you cancel or change your reservation up to 7 days before date of arrival, the cancellation fee is not charged.
If you cancel or change your reservation later be charged 100 percent of the price of the first night.
In case of no-show, will be charged the full price of the reservation.
